I ordered the the Pastry Tube set-24 piece, on 4/27 (and AGAIN on 4/29/11 after wrong item was sent). On 4/29 the order came in but I was erroneously sent a "Winco 24 Inch Cotton Pastry Bag with inner plastic lining". After contacting customer service and stating I would keep/pay for the pastry bag but I would like to get the 24 pc set of tips I ordered, I was told I would be refunded the overpayment for the pastry bag (costs about $7 & Tips about $16) and I could re order the tips, which I did. Yesterday the second order arrived. AGAIN, I was sent a Winco 24" Cotton Pastry Bag. The exact same item I was sent before when I order the pastry Tube set. I thought the first error was just a fluke. I wonder if the 24 Piece tip set exists. There are no customer reviews. I checked to see if anyone else had this problem and saw there were No reviews. I contacted customer service via email over an hour ago & am waiting for a responce/approval to print a return label and get a refund. I don't need THREE 24" pastry bags and I don't think they have the 24 PIECE set. Clearly a shotty shipping department.
